Harratts Pontefract

Harratts Pontefract were helpful because they explained everything with great detail and answered all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble.

My experience at Harratts Pontefract was cracking because. They were friendly staff and had a good aftersales service, also they never used pressure selling. They let the cars do the selling for them.

I would not recommend Harratts Pontefract because I had the car for 13 days before it broke down, that was on 28 February. They still have my car, it is still not repaired and has been in their garage now for 33 days. I am unable to use it for the purposes for which I bought it, ( towing my horse, losing me lots of money in entry fees and pre paid clinic fees) and my 18 year old is not allowed to drive the courtesy car meaning I having to do a lot more running around.

I was pleased with Harratts Pontefract and would recommend them because all the staff were lovely and very helpful buying my first car through finance! Steph was especially helpful and there to help every step of the way!

I would recommend Harratts Pontefract to friends and family because I was impressed with the total package and. His the dalesman was very good with us as we are quite fussy customers.
